Red Riding Hood Press Conference

“Hello, this is Whit Jenkins of Jungle News, reporting from the woods today, as we await the emergence of Little Red Riding Hood and her grandmother. This story has captivated audiences over the last few hours. The tale, that includes disguises, wolves, axes and big teeth, appears to have drawn to its ‘The End’, but we’re waiting on confirmation.”

Reporter Whit Jenkins stood among trees, but the camera panned to a house, where two figures emerged. One person was a girl in a red cloak, and the other was her grandmother.

The two walked up the path, and Whit Jenkins waved them over.

“Welcome, Little Red Riding Hood,” Whit said as the girl approached him. She kept the cloak over her head, but her eyes were big like she’d seen a ghost, or in this case, a wolf.

Whit continued, “Now the whole nation has watched this tale play out. I’m guessing you didn’t expect so much attention to be turned toward you when you took the path through the woods this morning.”

“Certainly not,” Little Red Riding Hood said.

“How would you describe your performance in the action today?” Whit asked.

“Let me just say,” Little Red Riding Hood said, looking directly into the camera, “that despite the psychological drama inflicted on me today, it’s always nice to spend time with family.”

With that, Little Red Riding Hood turned away from the camera, and walked back into the woods, escorted by her grandmother.
