Hi Kenny,
My company is going through a rough patch. We need a shakeup. I was wondering if you’d consider coming on as CEO.

Kenny: I’m sorry you’re having issues, but what you’re really asking is, can you help me solve my problems? I’m happy giving you advice, but no, I can’t solve your problems. I can only give you advice.
Here is my advice: you’re at a low point on your journey. You have things you need to learn on this journey. Amid chaos, how do you find inner peace? When the world is coming at you, how do you reach a state of equilibrium? How can you take this journey and accept yourself?
You may say, CEOs don’t need to know this stuff, right? They are workaholics who use work to block out any emotional needs they may have.
I’ve been the successful CEO of several companies that no longer exist. What I learned in each of those places is that only by tuning into myself, into the universe around me, could I find a path through the demands the job puts on me. If you can’t successfully do life as a CEO, your company cannot succeed in the real world.
I learned this lesson the hard way. I had to close a muffin business because I could not square life with being a muffin CEO. The investors did not get their money back.
Anyway, back to your original question.
I cannot be your CEO, because then I am robbing you of learning the lessons you need to learn.
Also, who wants that stress? Peace Out.
